Upper, Lower Training Plan
This plan is for people who are unable to get many training days in the week. It allows the upper body to be trained on a day and another day allocated for the lower body.
The plan allows multiple body parts to be targeted in the same session for example chest, back, shoulders and arms are covered in the upper day.
This can be done on a two day a week training rotation or if you choose you can do a split of upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, rest, rest week.
